Terms of Service

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Klipza website at https://klipza.com, the Klipza Chrome extension and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by AowSoftware. Any user of the Service ("User") is deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Klipza provides a technical tool to download publicly available videos and audio from supported platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and others). The Service offers a free tier (limited quality) and a paid Premium tier.

3. Account and Security

  • Users under the age of 13 cannot purchase a Premium subscription.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account credentials (email, password, third-party OAuth sessions). Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Creating an account with false or someone else's information, selling or sharing your account is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Distribute content commercially without the rights holder's permission;
  • Send automated scripts, bots or malicious traffic to our servers;
  • Circumvent rate limits or sign up multiple accounts to bypass them;
  • Download illegal content (child exploitation material, content inciting terrorism, etc.);
  • Resell Klipza infrastructure (white-label) without explicit written permission.

Violations may result in your account being suspended or terminated without notice.

5. Copyright Responsibility

Klipza is purely a technical tool. Copyrights to downloaded content remain with the original rights holder. You must obtain explicit permission from the rights holder to redistribute, republish or use downloaded content for commercial purposes. All liability for copyright infringement rests with the User.

6. Premium Subscription

  • Premium pricing is listed on the premium page. Applicable taxes (VAT) are calculated automatically at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
  • Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period. To stop auto-renewal, go to "Account > Subscription > Cancel".
  • Lifetime subscriptions are a one-time payment and do not renew.
  • On price changes, existing subscribers continue at their current rate until the end of the current billing period.

7. Refund Policy

Refund terms are detailed on our Refund Policy page. In short: you have an unconditional refund right within the first 14 days.

8. Third-Party Content

The Service downloads content from third-party platforms which are subject to their own terms of service. Changes on the source side may impact download success and Klipza cannot be held liable for such cases.

9. Service Changes

We reserve the right to change Service features, platform support, quality options and pricing with prior notice. We will email subscribers about material changes that affect their subscription.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klipza and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including data loss, lost profits, business interruption). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months for the Service.

11. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by closing your account, without owing any outstanding fee. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Refunds for remaining time on yearly/lifetime plans are governed by our Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be subject to the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices. Mandatory consumer protection rules under local consumer law remain reserved for Users acting as consumers.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date is refreshed on every revision. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
